Please read these Terms of Use carefully before booking an appointment through DALCO Booking. By using this booking page, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting a booking through this Platform, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this booking page.

2. The Service

DALCO Booking is an online booking platform that allows you to book appointments with a salon. We provide the technology; the salon you book with is responsible for delivering the actual service you've booked, including its quality, safety, and any professional standards that apply.

3. Making a Booking

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information (name and phone number) when booking.
• Available appointment times are shown based on real-time availability. Once you select a time, it is held for a short period while you complete your booking; if you don't finish in time, you may need to select a new time.
• A confirmation will be sent to the phone number you provide.

4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

• Each salon sets its own minimum notice period for booking, cancelling, and rescheduling appointments. These windows are shown to you as part of the booking process.
• If you cancel or reschedule outside of the salon's allowed window, you may need to contact the salon directly.
• Repeated no-shows may be tracked by the salon and may affect your ability to book in future, at the salon's discretion.

5. Pricing

• Prices shown at the time of booking are set by the salon and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• Payment is made directly to the salon (cash, card, or EFT, depending on what the salon accepts) — DALCO Booking does not process or hold payments on your behalf.

6. Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, to attend your booked appointment (or cancel/reschedule within the salon's allowed window), and not to use the booking Platform for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability

DALCO Booking provides the booking technology only. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of any service performed by a salon, for disputes between you and a salon, or for losses arising from your use of the Platform, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the booking Platform available and functioning correctly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for booking issues caused by technical outages, network problems, or third-party service disruptions (including SMS delivery).

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the booking Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
